Length counter in measuring device collects and outputs signals by friction wheel, which is contacted with wool board and rotate synchronously. The device makes it possible for numerical control flying saw and pendulum saw to cut finished product with certain length. Consisted with frame, friction wheel and spiral arms. Rotary encoder connects with friction wheel by coupler.
